070. Meat pie (recipe)

I tried another dish from Artem @izdato's recipes — a pie with meat and potatoes. How did it turn out? See under the cut!

Cooking time ≈ 2 hours.

Ingredients:

For the dough:
• 250 g mayonnaise
• 250 g sour cream
• 3 eggs
• 350 g flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• salt

For the filling:

• 300 g meat (I used pork)
• 400 g boiled potatoes
• an onion
• salt
• pepper

First let's make the dough. Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise.

Add the eggs and stir.

Add the flour and baking powder.

Now for the filling. Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the meat.

Finely chop the boiled potatoes, mix everything, pepper and salt.

Grease the dish with butter or margarine, take 2/3 of the dough and line the dish with it.

Put in the filling.

Cover with the remaining dough.

Heat the oven to 180° and bake the pie for an hour.
