122. Pork chop with champignons (recipe)

Not long ago I told you the traditional Italian recipe for pork braised with milk and herbs. Today there'll be a simpler and quicker, but also tasty, recipe for pork chops with champignons.
Details and photos, as usual, under the cut ;).
Cooking time ≈ 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 100 g champignons
- 100 g cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- a little spring onion
- lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 180–200°C. Grate the cheese coarsely.

Slice the champignons into shavings.

Fry them until done.

Beat the prepared meat lightly on both sides with the coarse side of the mallet.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, rub the chops with salt and pepper, sprinkle them with lemon juice, fry them quickly for 1–2 minutes on each side and transfer them to a baking tray.

Lay the mushrooms on top.

Sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Put in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped spring onion.

Bon appétit!
