135. "Piña colada" cocktail (Caribbean recipe)

The heat, which grows stronger every day, is the reason another recipe for a cooling cocktail has appeared in my blog. But while the last summer drink — ginger lemonade — was non-alcoholic, the recipe for the "Piña colada" cocktail will have alcohol in it. That said, if you want to know the recipe for a non-alcoholic piña colada, look under the cut anyway — photos of the most famous Caribbean cocktail are waiting for you there.
Cooking time ≈ 5 minutes.
Ingredients (in a 2/1/3 ratio):
- light rum
- pineapple juice
- coconut cream (or coconut milk)
- ice
Mix the ice with the pineapple juice.

Add the rum and the cream.

Blitz the mixture in a blender (if the ice is already crushed, just shake it in a shaker), pour it into glasses through a strainer and decorate with fresh pineapple.

Bon appétit!
P.S
You can leave out the rum and add a little sugar or ice cream. Then you'll have the recipe for a non-alcoholic piña colada.
