137. "Strawberries with mascarpone" dessert (summer recipe)

Last time I posted recipes for summer cocktails, and now I'll share with you a very simple recipe for a summer dessert — strawberries with mascarpone cream. I've already written about what to replace mascarpone with, so nothing is in your way. If you'd like to dive into a summer atmosphere of fresh berries and delicate cream sauce — welcome under the cut.
Cooking time ≈ 20 minutes + 1 hour.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg fresh strawberries
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- mint, vanilla sugar, icing sugar — to taste
Wash the strawberries and pull off the stalks.

Blitz about 2/3 of the strawberries in a blender, add the vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly.

Carefully fold the mascarpone into the strawberry mixture and whisk it all with a mixer, gradually adding the icing sugar.

Put the sauce you get in the freezer for a couple of hours. Cut the strawberries into dessert glasses.

Put a layer of the cream on top.

Another layer of strawberries over the cream.

Spread the rest of the cream, and decorate the desserts you get with strawberries and mint. You can sprinkle them with chopped nuts or grated chocolate.

Bon appétit!
