114. Pork or lamb ribs in soy sauce (recipe)

A simple but amazingly tasty dish that can be made from the lamb (and other) ribs left over from cooking real Uzbek pilaf. Recommended to all lovers of spicy, aromatic meat fried to a crisp golden crust. Recipe and photos, as usual, under the cut.
Cooking time ≈ 2 hours.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork (lamb) ribs
- spices (oregano, garlic, onion, parsley, ground pepper, salt, etc.) to taste
- 150 ml soy sauce
Cut the meat into ribs and tenderise thoroughly.

Put into a large pan and sprinkle generously with spices.

Mix, gradually pouring in the soy sauce. Put the pan in a cool place for an hour or an hour and a half — the meat needs to marinate.

Fry in a very hot pan until a crust forms — 8–10 minutes.

Serve hot.

Bon appétit!
