As you've probably guessed, I love cooking dishes with mushrooms in them. It might be lasagna with mushrooms and meat, it might be chicken and mushroom julienne, or it might be pasta carbonara. ![At the weekend we picked cherries. There are lots of them and nowhere to put them — you can't eat a bucket of sour berries with stones, can you? Though I suppose that's a matter of taste.
So, to reduce the pile at least a little, I decided to make a "Pancho" cake. Jumping ahead: I liked it more than the tiramisu recipe or the creamy cheesecake I made last time.

![This time I want to continue the dessert theme (remember, the blog already has photo recipes for creamy cheesecake and truffles) and tell you about the "Kartoshka" ("potato") pastry. For me it was a kind of greeting from childhood, so making it myself was quite interesting.
